The recruiting team consisting of four, boasts a combined 50 years of experience sourcing, qualifying, hiring, onboarding, training and managing information technology professionals. We have established lasting and respected relationships with our clients and candidates/employees, providing us key knowledge of the technical needs required to get the best long term solution; matching the necessary skillsets.


We utilize many proven tools to search for the perfect candidates, including LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, Careerbuilder, numerous professional affiliations, Facebook, Twitter. Due to the level and years of experience our recruiting team has invested in the technical staffing and solutions field, we’ve found that referrals from employees, candidates and clients have trumped the list.


Qualifying our prospective contractors is number one at AimHire IT. We spend a lot of time interviewing and screening candidates. Our staff consists of many Subject Matter Experts with the relative technologies who also screen and verify qualifications. Because we make it a priority to understand the environment and technical requirements of our hiring managers, we know that having the tools to do the job can be just as important as having the personality and professionalism to join our clients’ and MSPs' existing teams.


All of our employees and consultants complete a thorough background and drug screen. We also EVerify him or her ability to work in the United States through Homeland Security. Because we work with both the Public and Private Sectors, we are flexible in working with our clients and MSPs to provide all additional documentation they feel is needed. We also understand that sometimes, the client wants the ability to contract-to-hire resources. In those cases, we ensure the consultants are aware of the intention and only submit resources amenable to that option.


We understand the continual and ever changing technologies and make training and certifications a top priority for our consultants. We work with our clients to understand their internal technologies and determine the best solution needed in the future to ensure successful project deliverables in the timeframe required within their budget.


When we hire consultants to join our team, whether for a specific client project or to add to our existing staff, we know that ‘care and feeding’ is extremely critical. Our motto has always been to only submit the candidates to our clients that we would hire ourselves. We are building a long-term team, not hiring for a project. Our team has weekly or bi-weekly status meetings with our employees/consultants to work through potential challenges and to understand all aspects of the projects being worked. This allows us the open communication with the client and their teams, ensuring successful delivery.
