Executive Summary

AimHire IT, LLC (“AimHire IT”) was started in 2017 by sales professional, Stacia Schoeneman, to fill a gap she recognized in the Information Technology (IT) consulting industry; namely, customer service and devotion to client success. Stacia handpicked a team of professionals in the IT industry, giving her company a combined 100 years of experience working in the IT consulting business. Stacia’s contacts with non-profits, government agencies, and corporations, provides a unique opportunity to deliver our mission statement of “Do the right thing, always”.

Company Description

AimHire IT’s goal is to educate clients on how to make data driven decisions utilizing custom technology and tools enabling them to enhance business efficiencies by doing it right the first time.

AimHire IT provides services for on premise, off premise and transitioning from on premise to off premise cloud storage and processing, data migration, and custom .Net applications. AimHire IT utilizes industry standard system development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies, project management and business analysis.

AimHire IT sales concentrate on nonprofit, government, transportation and small to mid-size businesses. As a Women’s Business Enterprises (WBE) company as certified by the Indiana Department of Administration, Division of Supplier Diversity, AimHire IT is qualified for unique opportunities available to WBE businesses.


Stacia Schoeneman, CEO & Director of Sales

Stacia has nearly 30 years of IT consulting sales and recruiting experience working for some of the key IT consulting companies nationally, with a focus on Indiana. Among her many accomplishments are developing a consulting firm from the ground up through cold calls, canvassing, recruiting, and sales presentations; opening a completely unworked territory, surpassing all sales goals. She has had outstanding success in building and maintaining relationships with key corporate decision-makers, establishing large volume, high-profit accounts with excellent levels of retention and loyalty. She has demonstrated skills in strong client sales/service, management, and project management including multi-million-dollar contract negotiations and fulfillment, while working within set operations and travel budgets, projecting a positive and professional company image in the marketplace. In addition, she has documented success in internal and external recruiting programs, including research, development, preparation of materials and visual aids, demonstration, facilitation and presentation.

Bill Schoeneman, President

Bill has 29 years of IT experience in system requirements, design, building, testing, validating and implementation. His IT experience spans the globe with various systems from Europe, US and the Far East in Legal, Training, Manufacturing, HR and PC and iOS operating systems. His significant depth of knowledge in Learning Management Systems (both internally developed and off the shelf) gained him notoriety amongst his peers and colleagues in a major pharmaceutical company where he supported all sites globally during large data migration and verification initiatives. His expertise resulted in zero discrepancies during numerous planned and unplanned FDA audits of training systems. He has demonstrated skills in system requirements definition, system design, system validation, data migration and verification, desktop and iOS system management and troubleshooting. He also has significant experience in creating and managing multimillion-dollar budgets and training facilities. He has a BS in Behavioral Sciences/Organizational Behavior from the United States Air Force Academy and an MS in Systems Management from the University of Southern California. An avid outdoorsman, he loves bow hunting and relaxing on their favorite lake on their classic ski boat.

Imad El-Mir, Chief Technical Architect

Imad has more than 15 years of experience in designing and implementing enterprise solutions. He is a team lead and a full-stack senior developer/architect with a focus on web applications and the cloud. Leveraging a strong background in Microsoft .net technology, he has built custom applications using technologies such as ASP.net/MVC, Oracle, MS SQL server, Single-Page Applications, and Azure cloud. He is experienced in database design, software engineering, development and team leadership and certified with Microsoft Azure cloud technologies.

Helen Campbell, Senior BI Developer and Consultant

Helen has over 20 years experience as an organized, detail-oriented IT professional with a successful track record of managing all aspects of high-profile applications and infrastructure projects with strong business results. Her strengths include analyzing, planning, and guiding cross-functional, geographically dispersed teams in achieving goals. She is an effective partner to business, technical, and leadership teams in defining, implementing, and aligning solutions with business and regulatory goals. Helen is an analytical problem solver with recognized ability to build collaborative relationships across organizations to strengthen data integration and information access, mitigate regulatory risks, and enable continued growth.
