Executive Summary

AimHire IT, LLC (“AimHire IT”) was started in 2017 by sales professional, Stacia Schoeneman, to fill a gap she recognized in the Information Technology (IT) consulting industry; namely, customer service and devotion to client success. Stacia handpicked a team of professionals in the IT industry, giving her company a combined 100 years of experience working in the IT consulting business. Stacia’s contacts with non-profits, government agencies, and corporations, provides a unique opportunity to deliver our mission statement of “Do the right thing, always”.

AimHire IT’s goal is to educate clients on how to make data driven decisions utilizing custom technology and tools enabling them to enhance business efficiencies by doing it right the first time.

AimHire IT provides services for on premise, off premise and transitioning from on premise to off premise cloud storage and processing, data migration, and custom .Net applications. AimHire IT utilizes industry standard system development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies, project management and business analysis.

AimHire IT sales concentrate on nonprofit, government, transportation and small to mid-size businesses. As a Women’s Business Enterprises (WBE) company as defined by the State of Indiana Government, AimHire IT is qualified for unique opportunities available to WBE businesses.


Stacia Schoeneman, CEO & Director of Sales

Stacia has over 30 years of IT consulting sales and recruiting experience working for some of the key IT consulting companies nationally, with a focus on Indiana. Among her many accomplishments are developing a consulting firm from the ground up through cold calls, canvassing, recruiting, and sales presentations; opening a completely unworked territory, surpassing all sales goals. She has had outstanding success in building and maintaining relationships with key corporate decision-makers, establishing large volume, high-profit accounts with excellent levels of retention and loyalty. She has demonstrated skills in strong client sales/service, management, and project management including multi-million-dollar contract negotiations and fulfillment, while working within set operations and travel budgets, projecting a positive and professional company image in the marketplace. In addition, she has documented success in internal and external recruiting programs, including research, development, preparation of materials and visual aids, demonstration, facilitation and presentation.
